SISTERS WORLDWIDE

IN LOVING MEMORY

Lorraine Berthiaume
Former Sr. Joseph Adrien
February 18, 1936 - August 4, 2008

Lorraine Berthiaume was born in North Grosvenordale, CT, February 18, 1936 and entered the Sisters of Holy Cross in 1959 and left in 1979. She taught school in Somersworth and Nashua. Lorraine was principal in Suncook. After leaving Holy Cross she worked at Pine Haven Boys Center and then at the Manchester Water Works where she retired.

In 2002 she was afflicted with ALS disease and took up residence at St. George Manor and later at Holy Cross Health Center. Lorraine was a great example to all of us through her admirable acceptance of God's will. She always had a smile and was interested in the lives of everyone who visited her.
